My passion is to create spaces where growth thrives by supporting personal transformation through the Enneagram.

These questions were my worst enemies at one point in my life. In private I would say to myself things like, “I am not enough, I am not heard” and worse.

I felt stuck and unhappy. I was looking for direction and approval from others regarding my choices. I hit rock bottom when the company I was working for closed and I turned to the only place I could… inward. For the first time I had an answer to the question, “now what?”

Through “the work” and using The Enneagram I was able to feel, hear, and understand my needs for the first time. I regained control of my life. I also learned to put my needs before the needs of others. I started listening to my own internal compass and looping in smart people along the way for expert direction and strategy. I identified my strengths and what I was meant to do with my working time: Enneagram Life Coaching.

Now I bring my experience of coaching at University of the Pacific, University of California Santa Barbara, and over 30 different teams from all over the world to my own business where I serve self-aware people achieve the goals they’ve struggled to accomplish or identify.

My specialty is listening to not only what people are saying, but asking the right questions to uncover the patterns and habits that keep my clients from achieving their goals.
