There was a time when I felt lost and stuck—silently telling myself things like, “I’m not enough” and constantly seeking approval from others. I hit rock bottom when the company I worked for shut down, and I had nowhere left to turn but inward. That’s when I finally began to ask myself, “Now what?”

Through deep inner work and the Enneagram, I learned to recognize my needs, trust my instincts, and take back control of my life. I stopped people-pleasing and started listening to my own inner compass—while surrounding myself with smart guidance and support.

That journey led me to my purpose: Enneagram Life Coaching.

Since then, I’ve coached at institutions like the University of the Pacific and UC Santa Barbara, and worked with over 30 teams worldwide. Today, I help self-aware people uncover what’s holding them back and move forward with clarity. My strength lies in really listening—hearing what’s said and unsaid—and asking the right questions to help clients break through old patterns and reach their goals.
